As our products are perishable and shipped under strict cold chain conditions, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective products. This policy ensures food safety and maintains the integrity of the cold chain.

When a Refund or Replacement May Be Granted

We review every request and may offer a refund or replacement if the order is defective or incorrect, for example:

  • Product received damaged, spoiled, or presenting an abnormal appearance/odor upon delivery
  • Incorrect item delivered or missing item
  • Defective packaging compromising freshness

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

For safety reasons, do not return any product without our prior validation and instructions. Please keep the product refrigerated while we review your claim.
